As The Picklr Fort Collins facility was being built, the team realized a major problem:
☀️ Sun spots from large windows were interfering with indoor pickleball play—creating inconsistent lighting and major distractions on the courts.
The Solution
SG Window Tint Fort Collins proposed multiple film options:
Dark solar tint
Whiteout film
Blackout film
After testing visibility and play conditions, blackout film was chosen for the majority of the windows. Additionally, 20% solar film was used on the north-facing upper windows to allow natural light while reducing glare.
